Obsidian2 fserve - beta version

Obsidian2 is a fserve for X-Chat. Originally Obsidian+ was based on Obsidian 0.9.2-pre3 fserve, written by Martin Persson and Alexander Werth, however Obsidian2 was rewritten from scratch, and only kept similar configuration interface to the original Obsidian.
